About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Product Analyst Intern to join our Product & Digital Strategy team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, business analysis and agile development. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and curious about how modern digital products are built, including how emerging technologies like AI are shaping the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or equivalent degree.
Strong interest in digital product development, agile methodologies, ecommerce, and customer experience.
Basic understanding of web and mobile applications, user experience principles, and modern design/prototyping tools
Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and curiosity about how they can be applied in product development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and assist in decision-making.
Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Contribute to product initiatives from problem definition through solution exploration and recommendation, with opportunities to take the lead on discrete workstreams where appropriate.
Conduct research (user, market, and competitive) to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
Define and document product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
Support prototyping, usability testing, and experience design efforts using modern product and design tools.
Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis, while learning best practices for responsible use.
Explore and identify opportunities where AI or automation could improve product experiences or team workflows.
Assist product team with backlog management, prioritization, and product initiatives.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups) to understand team workflows and contribute where appropriate.
Contribute to documentation such as process flows, user journeys, and roadmaps.
