About The Position

The Digital Producer is creative and detail-oriented, leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital content and experiences across web, social, and multimedia platforms. The Digital Producer is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for digital storytelling. The Digital Producer is responsible for developing and producing creative Digital/Social campaigns – through all phases of production. The Digital Producer communicates with cross-functional teams to coordinate the end-to-end workflow related to digital/social content production; manages job stakeholder expectations and communications; and maintains a high level of service to various internal clients and production partners. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Producer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital content and experiences across web, social, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for digital storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts, Fine Arts, or Film/TV related degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relatable experience
  • Field experiences producing and shooting content.
  • Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape.
  • Bilingual-English & Spanish preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work in coordination with the brand managers, marketing, and digital teams to develop cohesive digital and social campaigns and establish content needs.
  • Lead a project or original campaign from pre-production through postproduction, for all GHW’s platforms.
  • Gather and research all materials needed for the concept, development, and post-production processes.
  • Collaborate with content production team to concept, plan, and execute digital production.
  • Work within the workflow and use the software platforms within the department’s SOPs.
  • Create technical rundowns, production grids, and shoot scripts including detailed shot lists for digital campaigns.
  • Manage multiple jobs at any given time, ensuring on-schedule delivery of given output.
  • Accountable for maintaining and continuously improving materials, ensuring the content contained within is accurate, timely, well-presented, and conveys a compelling story.
  • Supervise and direct talent.
  • Manage end-to-end production of digital projects including websites, videos, podcasts, and interactive media.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to develop and execute digital campaigns.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and meets accessibility and SEO standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics.
  • Stay current with digital trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
