Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital production, web content management, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced CMS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Execution Excellence: Delivers accurate, on-time digital updates with minimal rework.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifies issues and drives them to resolution.
  • Collaboration: Partners effectively across marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Customer Focus: Understands how content decisions impact user experience and conversion.
  • Learning Agility: Quickly adopts new systems, workflows, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira, HubSpot, Widen, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain web pages using enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
  • Execute digital campaign page launches with precise scheduling and execution.
  • Perform thorough QA on pages and assets; identify issues, log tickets, and support resolution through established workflows.
  • Manage high-volume content updates while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with brand, UX, and business goals.
  • Optimize content for usability and conversion effectiveness.
  • Source, crop, and place visual assets using approved digital asset tools and Adobe applications.
