About The Position

The Digital Platform Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling New York Life’s Experience & Digital Marketing organization through the effective management, governance, and optimization of core platforms and operational processes. This role focuses on ensuring that business-configurable platforms — including Workfront, Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe DAM and other key tools and front-end experience layers — are effectively configured, adopted, and continuously improved to support the delivery of content and campaigns at scale. Working in close partnership with leaders, product owners, and subject matter experts, this position ensures that technology investments deliver measurable efficiency, transparency, and business value. Through a combination of process leadership, change management, and platform stewardship, the Experience & Marketing Digital Platform Operations Manager helps operations remain agile, compliant, and aligned with New York Life’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, content operations, and technology ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience managing business-configurable platforms such as Workfront, Adobe AEM, Adobe DAM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.
  • Proven ability to lead governance, training, and adoption initiatives across large, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Experience in process documentation, workflow design, and operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, BPM, VSM).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret platform usage data and drive actionable insights.
  • Self-starter who thrives in complex environments and balances strategic thinking with execution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of marketing operations or marketing technology experience.
  • Experience supporting or managing enterprise-level marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in authoring procedures, training materials, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Marketing SME to ensure secure and compliant platform operations
