About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and cross-functional Digital Merchandiser to act as the subject-matter expert for customer microsites. This role bridges Sales, Merchandising, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution to ensure accurate product, pricing, and assortment data flows seamlessly through our systems and delivers a best-in-class B2B buying experience. The Digital Merchandiser is accountable for digital readiness, site accuracy, and operational compliance that directly support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and consistency across all programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, product content management, or digital catalog management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to translate sales and customer requirements into digital merchandising solutions.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar) for monitoring site performance.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Liaison & Process Flow Serve as the digital liaison between Sales, Merchandising, eCommerce, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution to maintain accurate data and pricing across systems.
  • Track internal and external milestones for new customer setup, ensuring product data, pricing, and assortments go live on schedule.
  • Support RFP responses and bid timelines by confirming digital assets and product data readiness.
  • Escalate systemic data issues, coordinate fixes with IT / PIM teams, and document improvements.
  • Product & Content Management Manage product setup on the Hubert and Central websites, ensuring all product content is accurate and complete.
  • Load, update, and maintain product data, including additions, removals, and item changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect, validate, and upload accurate product data.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring timely and accurate online setup.
  • Merchandising & Promotions Set up and maintain customer-specific order guides, categories, and product assortments.
  • Add or remove Limited Time Offers (LTOs), specials, and promotional initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure categories, product placements, and content remain accurate.
  • Partner with Marketing to design and deploy microsite banners, promotions, and limited time offer highlights that align with sales campaigns.
  • Pricing & Margin Management Monitor vendor cost updates and apply pricing changes to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure timely updates to prevent margin erosion and pricing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Pricing Team to validate vendor cost changes before publication, ensuring pricing accuracy and protecting margins.
  • Ensure restricted catalogs and brand-approved SKUs comply with customer contracts and chain standards.
  • Identify and resolve price discrepancies proactively to prevent customer impact.
  • Customer Account Support Process customer requests for user setup, access, and account changes.
  • Maintain accurate customer-specific configurations for order guides and site access.
  • Coordinate soft hand-offs between Sales and eCommerce for new customer microsite launches.
  • Track post-launch feedback and performance to ensure 100 % satisfaction and adoption.
  • Act as the point of contact for digital merchandising
