Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and working with external vendors or agencies.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms, including: Google Ads Manager Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms Sprout Social User Maven or comparable analytics and attribution tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate performance results and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • This role is office based with approximately 10 or less days of travel per year.
  • May require occasional collaboration outside of standard business hours to support events, campaign launches or deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting social media performance for a media or content-driven organization.
