About The Position

Continuing this trend, our Marketing Team is adding a Digital Media Strategist (4 days in office and 1 day remote) . This dynamic, 30+ person team is integral to the success of General RV, and it is responsible for all marketing and communications efforts. This individual will drive high ‑ impact paid media campaigns across major digital platforms, optimize performance through data ‑ driven insights, and shape smarter marketing decisions that fuel measurable growth for General RV.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Experience in creating, managing and implementing paid digital marketing campaigns on any/all of the following major digital marketing platforms: GoogleAds, BingAds, Facebook Ads, YouTube, or other major digital marketing platforms
  • Proven experience with META, Google, Bing, Project Management Software (Click Up is a bonus), Powerpoint, Excel, and Programmatic Displace & Streaming.
  • A keen understanding of social and digital media KPIs and experience building campaigns with a variety of goals and optimizations
  • Experience with both first-party and third-party audience segmentation and creation
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and deliver connective insight to assist driving alignment and execution of cross-company initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid search, display, social, and digital video campaigns across major ad platforms.
  • Manage and improve dynamic remarketing campaigns using inventory catalog feeds across Google, Meta, and other publisher networks.
  • Analyze performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Create regular performance reports, monitor trends, and provide data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and marketing outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, tracking, and channel reporting for reliable performance measurement.
  • Monitor PPC metrics, set up automated alerts, and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, competitor analysis, and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and eliminate wasted spend.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, present strategies, and support key business initiatives.
