About The Position

We’re looking for a Digital Media Buyer to support the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across programmatic and paid social. This is a hands-on-keyboard role focused on execution, platform management, and operational support - working closely with Digital Media Managers to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimized efficiently, and run smoothly. This role will take strategic direction from the internal PMT (Performance Marketing Team), particularly the digital media manager. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital media career who wants deep, practical experience across platforms, buying models, and campaign types.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with digital media buying platforms
  • Foundational knowledge of programmatic and/or paid social media buying
  • Familiarity with digital ad formats, creative specifications, and trafficking processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in execution-focused, fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within biddable and digital media

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platforms such as: DV360, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other paid social platforms
  • Exposure to endemic or direct digital buying
  • Agency or in-house media team experience
  • Basic understanding of media metrics and performance KPIs
  • Interest in developing deeper expertise in programmatic and paid social media
  • Curiosity in agriculture a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution and real-time optimization of digital media buys across programmatic and paid social
  • Assist Digital Media Managers with: Campaign setup and trafficking, In-flight optimizations and budget pacing, Performance monitoring and delivery checks
  • Execute and support endemic digital buying and direct publisher campaigns; Help track partner deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
  • Assist in the management of creative specifications, creative delivery timelines, asset collection, and trafficking requirements
  • Assist with publisher, supplier, and platform coordination as needed
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and delivering as expected
  • Help compile performance data, screenshots, and insights for reporting and optimizations, support testing initiatives
  • Troubleshoot basic delivery or creative issues and escalate as needed
  • Ensure compliance with brand safety, privacy regulations, and platform policies.
