About The Position

The Digital Team is seeking a creative and ambitious intern in the Summer of 2026. The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for developing and implementing improvements to the marketing processes and campaign development through the use of agentic AI tools. This role entails making recommendations based on industry best practices and competitive benchmarking. The Marketing Specialist Intern will assist in the creation and execution of advertisement copywriting, digital campaigns, and web content as the overall business strategy. This role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Digital Product, AI or other Digital-related fields.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of the integrated marketing campaigns, copywriting, and SEO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and execute independently as well as part of a team.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding of the principles of design is a plus.
  • Portfolio or samples of work are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Design, edit, and schedule marketing campaigns across social and email channels.
  • Enhance website content with SEO/AEO/GEO best-practices in mind.
  • Promotion and advertising of the latest Regal Rexnord products or website features.
  • Assist in the execution of campaigns that drive sales and conversion.
  • AI Agent Building - create AI agents to address multiple areas including Campaign Targeting - identify appropriate audiences for specific campaigns based on engagement and transactional data Customer Insights - identify journey improvement areas, content topics, potential new digital tools - all based on behavior data from our websites Competitive Analysis - create competitive landscape agents to recap all company news/products/social content etc and recommendations on how to respond
