About The Position

CopperPoint Holdings LLC, a family-backed investment group focused on building and elevating home-service brands, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth & Automation Strategist. This role is responsible for owning and advancing our digital strategy across multiple locations, ensuring our brands stay ahead in an increasingly AI-driven marketing landscape. We are looking for a curious, proactive, data-driven digital expert who can blend traditional performance marketing with modern AI capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences and improve marketing efficiency. CopperPoint Holdings is a fast-moving, growth-oriented, family-backed investment group. You will have the autonomy to build modern digital systems from the ground up, influence executive strategy, and shape the next era of marketing inside a rapidly evolving industry.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing technology roles.
  • Deep experience in SEO, Local SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong understanding of AI search, LLM discoverability, and AI-driven optimization tools.
  • Skilled in ServiceTitan, Go High Level, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM / marketing automation systems.
  • Highly curious and constantly experimenting.
  • Strong ability to run structured tests and quickly iterate to keep brands proactive and responsive to changing call-volume needs.
  • Clear communicator who can be the liaison between marketing vendors and on-site brand leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in agency, multi-location businesses, home-services brands, or franchise environments preferred.
  • Prior experience integrating Google Ads and ServiceTitan is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO, Local SEO, SEM / PPC, and Social Media Advertising across all CopperPoint locations.
  • Optimize for AI search, LLM rankings, and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Build, test, and refine personalized ad journeys that adjust messaging based on customer needs, seasonality, and real-time conditions.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms with a focus on cost efficiency and high-quality lead volume.
  • Integrate and optimize Google Ads with ServiceTitan, ensuring accurate tracking, optimization, and lead routing.
  • Continuously test new strategies, ad creatives, audiences, and automation rules.
  • Build automated digital, email, SMS, and voicemail journeys via Go High Level and ServiceTitan.
  • Ensure all messaging, ads, emails, texts, and voicemails, work together to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Personalize outreach for current customers based on system data, service history, and seasonal needs.
  • Provide clear reporting to leadership and general managers at each home-services location.
  • Translate complex digital data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Lead CopperPoint’s transition from an attribution-based reporting model to a media mix modeling approach.
  • Monitor daily and weekly call volume needs; adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing and support local general managers to ensure alignment between digital strategy, budget, and operational capacity.
  • Share best practices and train location teams on new tools, marketing trends, and evolving customer behaviors.
  • Serve as the internal expert for all Google products, AI tools, and marketing automation platforms.
