About The Position

Creek Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support mission-focused programs by developing and executing digital marketing strategies that promote program initiatives, activities, and impact to internal and external audiences. In this role, you will leverage digital marketing tools and strategies—including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)—to enhance visibility, engagement, and communication effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital communications align with organizational messaging and program goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Experience planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience developing and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing data and use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Basic understanding of website development and user experience principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
  • Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote program initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of engaging digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign conversions to optimize performance.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, communications staff, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to reach and nurture target audiences.
  • Support content development and publishing strategies that improve online visibility and audience engagement.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in meetings and planning discussions to support communications strategy and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Tailor digital content to specific target audiences to effectively communicate program value and impact.
  • Ensure digital communications align with organizational branding and messaging guidelines.
