About The Position

Ready to bring some light to the world? We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn bright ideas into bold, data‑driven strategies. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind the digital ecosystem that powers our marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement—showcasing the brilliance of OLED technology while accelerating growth across emerging markets. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will connect the dots between marketing, sales, product, and customers. You will own the platforms, processes, and campaigns that guide prospects through the journey—from first touch to qualified lead to long‑term partner. Your expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, compliance, segmentation, and digital experience will shape how the world experiences OLEDWorks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 3–5 years of true digital marketing or marketing technology management experience
  • Worked in B2B, automotive, lighting, or display related industries
  • Managed B2B end-to-end digital strategies and have worked closely with sales
  • Understand customer needs and innovation cycles
  • Proficient with a CRM system (Salesforce and Hubspot are excellent)
  • Expert at proving ROI
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize your work
  • Must be able to build relationships and collaborate well with all departments
  • Ability to work at a computer/desk is required.

  • Champion compliance by making GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and CAN‑SPAM feel effortless and baked into everything we do.
  • Elevate targeting through sharp segmentation and lead scoring, then use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce insights to fine‑tune performance and boost conversion.
  • Make our websites faster, clearer, and more compelling—strengthening SEO, user experience, and conversion paths.
  • Collaborate across product marketing, sales, and engineering to electrify launches and keep every campaign flawlessly executed.
  • Craft a digital journey that feels seamless, smart, and unforgettable—powering clean data, high‑impact campaigns, and a digital presence as innovative as OLEDWorks itself.
