As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help bring the Briggs story to life across digital channels. Your work will strengthen the brand, spark meaningful customer engagement, and turn smart ideas into measurable growth, playing a hands-on role in connecting people, products, and purpose to the markets served. You will be trusted to make an impact and supported by a team that values integrity and teamwork, with your work helping shape how Briggs shows up for customers and communities every day.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and paid campaigns
• Working knowledge of SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms
• A creative eye balanced with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
• A collaborative, self-driven approach with the ability to move fast and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, website traffic, and branch engagement
• Create and manage social media content and paid campaigns that grow awareness and encourage action
• Execute SEM strategies and track performance to ensure strong ROI
• Build targeted email and drip campaigns using CRM data to reach the right customers at the right time
