Bazaarvoice is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creative content with performance analytics. This role is for someone who not only builds pages but also critically analyzes user behavior to optimize engagement. Joining at a pivotal moment, the specialist will play a dual role: maintaining the current WordPress footprint while assisting in the transition to a future-proof, high-converting web experience, serving as the bridge between the brand's story and the demand generation engine.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or Growth.
  • WordPress Proficiency: Comfortable managing pages, plugins, and content blocks, and familiar with the CMS.
  • Platform Agnostic: A quick learner excited to move into a modern, headless, or high-performance CMS environment.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable in Google Analytics (GA4) and able to turn traffic numbers into actionable insights.
  • Ability to tactfully re-educate stakeholders on web best practices and keep projects moving across cross-functional teams.
  • The Builder Mindset: Excited by the Learn & Define stage of a project and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with a site migration.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Bazaarvoice Stack is a huge advantage: Asana, Jira, Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified, Trendemon, and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary lead for WordPress page updates and campaign landing pages, managing day-to-day tasks and assisting in content auditing and migration for the new site.
  • Execute the experimentation roadmap, using tools to run A/B tests and personalization plays to maximize traffic value.
  • Analyze main personas to ensure they receive the right content at the right time, focusing on optimizing the next best action for every visitor.
  • Partner with the SEO Manager and agency partners to implement technical SEO recommendations and maintain organic authority during the site transition.
  • Act as the power-user for the marketing stack (Qualified, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics), ensuring web activity is tracked, attributed, and drives the sales funnel.
  • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages for marketing programs, ensuring adherence to brand standards and SEO best practices.
  • Manage the web request queue (Asana), collaborating with Content, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to execute briefs.
  • Proactively identify pages with high bounce rates or low conversion and launch tests to improve performance.
  • Liaison with Marketing Ops to ensure all new site content is correctly tagged and integrated into automation programs.
  • Maintain site integrity by monitoring for broken links, SEO health, and outdated assets using tools like Moz and Google Search Console.
  • Manage the translation workflow for global sites, ensuring a consistent experience across different languages and regions.
