Digital Marketing Specialist We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team in Tacoma, reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation. In this role, you will help manage multi-channel digital campaigns and provide in-depth reporting on performance. You will play a crucial role in developing and launching digital campaigns across search, display and paid social. This is a hybrid role with two days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) in our Tacoma office.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing role
  • Some experience with digital marketing preferred
  • Agile, curious, organized, communication skills, and numbers-oriented
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This includes effective communication, active listening, and a positive attitude when working with others
  • Ability to work onsite at the Tacoma office (2 days a week)
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve digital campaign goals
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies tailored to key initiatives
  • Monitor marketing campaign progress and impact on marketing funnel goals to drive qualified pipeline
  • Regularly report digital programs contribution to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on digital marketing objectives and strategies. This includes collaborating with colleagues, agencies, and other stakeholders.
