Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Ability to work and communicate successfully in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer requirements and company priorities.
  • Experience with analyzing performance metrics.
  • Experience in successfully managing internal and external relationships.
  • Understanding of project management, meeting deadlines, and time management.
  • Coordination of healthcare collateral based on internal customer needs.
  • Able to work independently and maintain communication between team members to meet deadlines and manage projects in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, public speaking, and customer service skills.
  • Interest in brainstorming attention-grabbing marketing campaign strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Travel as needed to support events and initiatives for external departments, including on-site coordination and digital marketing coverage.
