This full-time, on-site position is a member of a team of digital marketing specialists that plans and executes marketing activities with a focus on Cavco’s retail and manufacturing partners. This role requires liaising with a variety of on-site and off-site departments and daily collaboration between marketing team leadership and direct reports while coordinating shared resources (in-house or external writers, graphic designers, etc) to execute marketing activities to plan. The Digital Marketing Specialist assists with the production of marketing collateral and retail promotions, maintains and updates website content, performs retail partner onboarding and virtual training, and assists with email campaigns, industry events and tradeshows and social media. You will act as an internal and external subject-matter-expert (SME) who understands the unique digital marketing challenges and opportunities faced by offsite housing manufacturers and retailers backed by data. Additionally, the DMS produces scorecards and reports to regional sales and manufacturing partners. · Cultivate valuable relationships with Cavco’s manufacturers and retail partners that, in turn, create value for our end customers. · Liaise with creative teams to manage and produce marketing campaigns, promotional materials and sales collateral. · Provide ongoing support of retail partners by coordinating and optimizing customer onboarding, webinars, training and reporting. · Produce scorecards and metrics to measure and evaluate the performance of key marketing channels and communicate those finding to leadership. · Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data. · Discover, manage and optimize external marketing channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers. · Update and maintain the company’s various brand websites and microsites and interact with and train the field sales staff to keep digital channels up to date and attractive. · Maintain CRM tools for accurate lead tracking, communication campaigns and reporting. · Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present the recommendations to management. · Support various disciplines across the Marketing & Communications department to ensure timely execution of projects. · Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by providing expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
