About The Position

As a Digital Marketing Senior Strategist, you will own and evolve high-impact digital experiences, ensuring that customers enjoy intuitive, engaging, and data-driven journeys. You will act as the product owner for key digital properties, collaborating across marketing, technology, and analytics teams to translate business objectives and customer insights into actionable strategies. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and brand experience. You will influence priorities, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that enhance the organization’s digital presence and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, digital strategy, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, journey ownership, or product management.
  • Proven experience with journey mapping, lead nurturing, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic, collaborative, and comfortable navigating complex environments.
  • Ability to translate complex digital initiatives into clear, actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or serving financial advisor or institutional investor audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize flagship websites and digital platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead major web initiatives, including site migrations and digital consolidation projects.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for digital and analytics inquiries, providing actionable insights across the organization.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, partnering with teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, including user identification, journey mapping, and lead nurturing across digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain value-driven digital roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to solve problems, innovate, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
