Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Ops Specialist is an integral part of our marketing automation implementation process. This role specializes in the meticulous execution and sending of lifecycle campaigns through e-mail as well as managing our local restaurant pages. The specialist has a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, digital communications and experience managing web CMS content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, specifically in digital communications and lifecycle marketing required
  • Hands on keyboard experience in digital communication platforms implementing creative templates, setting targeting, and deploying communications. Braze experience is preferred
  • Experience with end to end project management and proactively reprioritizing based on business need
  • An unwavering attention to detail and commitment to impeccable execution

  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
  • Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
  • Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
  • Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
  • Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.

  • Experience in the QSR retail, online ordering, or third-party delivery is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the deployment of e-mail campaigns - inclusive of building targeting, implementing creative, and setting up measurement parameters based on the requirements of the lifecycle management team
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to increase the effectiveness of e-mail communications
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging elements including subject lines, CTAs, etc to develop a source of best practices as well as ongoing optimization for the mobile communication channels
  • Manage and optimize inbox placement and subscriber list
  • Lead the process to launch local listing pages for new shop openings across marketing and the field
  • Manage QA process across the mobile deployment and offer/promo execution process with cross-functional partners from marketing, IT, and Customer Experience
  • Lead weekly channel and campaign level - providing both insight on performance as well as delivering recommendation for future optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative team, ensuring each campaign is presented beautifully and on brand
