About The Position

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the architect and lead operator of Biz2Credit’s performance marketing engine. This is a high-impact, data-centric role designed for a strategist who wants to own the "data and the dollars" behind our growth. Unlike a traditional digital marketing position focused on general brand awareness, you will be directly responsible for building a high-velocity machine that scales qualified loan applications across both organic and paid channels. You will sit at the intersection of high-intent media buying, technical SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), turning digital demand into funded loans. This is a hands-on, data-driven role suited for a "T-shaped" marketer—someone who can pivot from high-level channel strategy to the nuances of keyword bidding and landing page experimentation. You won't just be managing a budget; you will be optimizing a complex SMB acquisition funnel at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 plus years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success driving measurable funnel growth in FinTech, lending, SaaS, or high-intent lead generation environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep mastery of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing significant paid budgets with clear, bottom-line ROI ownership.
  • Action-Oriented Insights: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and those insights into actionable marketing tactics.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Ownership: Build and manage a multi-channel demand generation strategy specifically designed to grow qualified SMB loan applications.
  • Full-Funnel Management: Own the end-to-end journey from initial awareness ? consideration ? application ? funded loan.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Develop sophisticated targeting strategies based on industry vertical, revenue, credit profile, and specific financing needs.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and BizOps to align on lead quality standards, conversion goals, and overall funnel optimization.
  • SEM Execution: Lead strategy and execution for paid search (Google Ads, Bing) with a laser focus on high-intent SMB lending keywords.
  • Budget Stewardship: Manage monthly budgets with clear ROI accountability and performance transparency.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV through structured A/B testing and advanced automated bid strategies.
  • Conversion Paths: Oversee the development of high-converting landing pages, intuitive user paths, and strategic retargeting programs.
  • SEO Strategy: Own the roadmap for technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and authoritative backlink development.
  • Content Synergy: Partner with the content team to produce high-value SMB lending resources that rank for key terms and convert readers into applicants.
  • Product Visibility: Improve organic search rankings for core products, including term loans, working capital, and revenue-based financing.
  • Health Monitoring: Rigorously monitor domain authority, page performance, and competitive search rankings.
  • Insight Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards to track the metrics that matter: funnel velocity, CAC, LTV, attribution, and channel ROI.
  • Testing Culture: Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to eliminate friction across landing pages and digital application flows.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Forecasting: Predict future demand, budget requirements, and the expected impact on loan volume.
  • Sales Feedback Loop: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality meets standards and follow-up SLAs are optimized.
  • Product UX: Collaborate with Product to streamline the online loan application experience, reducing drop-offs.
  • Platform Alignment: Partner with the Biz2X marketing team to align messaging and leverage cross-platform data insights.
  • Brand Amplification: Coordinate with PR and content teams to amplify Biz2Credit’s proprietary research assets and the Small Business Lending Index.
