Lending Science DM is seeking an experienced in-house Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale performance marketing for their financial services and insurance businesses, joining a dynamic, remote-first team. This role is responsible for end-to-end digital acquisition strategy and execution, with a heavy emphasis on high-quality form submissions and inbound call generation, supported by a robust email marketing and audience strategy across regulated financial and insurance products. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, has experience in regulated verticals, and has directly marketed products such as personal loans, debt consolidation, auto, mortgage, Medicare Advantage, life insurance, property & casualty insurance, and similar offerings. This role owns the acquisition funnel from media planning and buying through landing page optimization, call tracking, remarketing, reporting, analysis, and budget management. The Digital Marketing Manager will work directly with internal teams to influence strategy and grow the digital marketing business.
