We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate our SEO, SEA, and Paid Social Media initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone between internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring campaigns stay on track, on budget, and deliver measurable ROI. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will combine hands-on digital expertise with strong project management skills to optimize performance and align strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, paid search (Google Ads, Bing), and social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Proficiency with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMRush)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 4–6 years of digital marketing experience with expertise in SEO, SEA, and paid social
  • Proven success managing external agencies and digital campaigns
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with SEO and SEA agencies; lead regular check-ins and ensure accountability
  • Manage digital marketing project plans for SEO, SEA, and paid social campaigns
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across teams and vendors
  • Secure required content and lists from Marketing and upload to Google Ads or share with agencies
  • Monitor campaign dashboards and analytics; identify trends and recommend optimizations
  • Ensure alignment of paid and organic initiatives with overall marketing strategy
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and campaign planning sessions
  • Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues to leadership
