We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us at our facility in Glen Mills, PA. We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Marketing Manager, a role that plays a crucial part in enhancing our global brand presence. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can blend technical skills with creative talent to effectively support our B2B journey. In this position, you will have the opportunity to spearhead our digital strategies, boost engagement, and craft engaging content across our website and social media platforms. Your contributions will be vital in driving our Industrial brand forward.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, IT, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, including website and social media management.
  • Experience in website redesign and updates a plus.
  • Experience managing and updating website content with a strategic customer journey intent.
  • Experience with digital transformation project in large organization.
  • Expertise in creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing plans and directions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement innovative digital strategies that boost our website, social media, and digital marketing efforts for the Industrial global business unit.
  • Expand and streamline the website customer journey, CTA’s and funnel metrics.
  • Lead website journey improvements and traffic expansion efforts.
  • Ensure our website content is simple, streamlined and easy to understand.
  • Support content and social media campaigns that resonate with our audience, foster vibrant online communities.
  • Measure and analyze the success of digital campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective digital communications.
  • Engage colleagues and partners worldwide to build awareness and amplify our brand.
  • Train team members on cutting-edge digital tools and best practices to stay ahead in the game.
