Hollywood Branded is on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced, hands-on, and digitally fluent Senior Manager of Digital & Social Media Strategy to be our next Pop Culture Marketing Rockstar ! If you live and breathe pop culture and obsess over Super Bowl commercials more than the game itself - and can flawlessly execute and lead influencer and Digital Media campaigns from brainstorm to recap - then we want to meet you. This role will be an account lead for digital influencer and social media campaigns at our agency, both for our roster of pop culture-focused client campaigns and to elevate our brand . We're looking for someone with deep experience in both organic and paid social media strategies, influencer marketing, and campaign execution. The right candidate is a forward-thinking strategist and savvy executor who can guide a team, wow clients, and ensure campaigns deliver results. Your Role As Senior Manager of Digital & Social Media Strategy, you’ll: Lead strategic planning, development, execution of digital marketing campaigns. Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns including boosted posts, whitelisting, custom audience targeting, and cross-platform ad strategy. Manage influencer programs end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, contracts, redlines, negotiations, briefing, product shipping timelines, content calendars and deadlines, approvals, and performance tracking. Oversee the campaign reporting lifecycle, including overseeing recap decks and ensuring influencer campaign KPIs and budget performance are delivered clearly and effectively. Manage internal team members executing day-to-day campaign and social media activities. Maintain deep knowledge of best practices and emerging trends on TikTok, META (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other evolving platforms. Drive our TikTok Shop strategy and execution: from creator collaborations and product seeding to optimizing content and results. Serve as a strategic client partner, offering guidance, insight, and proactive leadership to help drive measurable success. Own and track campaign budgets, ensuring accurate pacing, allocation, and ROI.
