CookUnity’s B2B team is scaling fast, and we need someone who can build and own the systems behind that growth. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and marketing operations. You'll own the infrastructure that moves leads through the funnel, converts pipeline, and keeps our reporting honest. In this role, you will drive performance across the full inbound funnel, from lead capture and nurture to Smart Fridge user engagement and retention, while continuously improving how our marketing systems operate. This is not a campaign execution role; it’s a systems and ownership role where you build, optimize, and scale the efforts that power growth. Success in this role will be defined by measurable improvements across the funnel, including increased lead-to-meeting and lead-to-SQL conversion rates, as well as growth in overall SQL volume and marketing-driven pipeline. You will ensure faster inbound lead response times, improve event-to-SQL conversion rates, and drive higher Smart Fridge engagement. Additionally, you will establish clean, reliable reporting and contribute to stronger SEO-driven inbound performance.
