About The Position

The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager will own and drive the digital growth strategy for a multifamily apartment portfolio. This role focuses on increasing high-quality inbound leads through optimized online listings, strategic paid and organic marketing efforts, and data-driven performance tracking. It’s an ideal opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both creative execution and analytical optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multifamily housing or real estate marketing
  • Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads)
  • Familiarity with CRM setup and property management systems such as Entrata, AppFolio, or Yardi
  • Basic photo and video editing skills for marketing and listing content

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize apartment and property listings across major platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Google, etc.)
  • Select, manage, and optimize advertising tiers, placements, and budgets across listing and ad platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and traffic sources
  • Improve listing SEO, keyword targeting, and overall visibility
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of individual property websites
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, descriptions, photography, pricing strategies, and promotional offers
  • Coordinate closely with management on availability, pricing updates, and leasing specials
