We manage more than 8,500 homes nationwide and are actively modernizing how marketing drives growth across our platform. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience with a fast-moving but small marketing team. You’ll have an opportunity to test AI tools for creating content, improving workflows and supporting advertising campaigns that generates leads and homeowner clients. This role is practical, fast-moving, and performance-focused.

Requirements

  • 3rdor final year of college/university - all majors welcomed but must demonstrate:
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and performance marketing
  • Analytical thinker who likes to test and improve systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly
  • Willingness to learn new tools
  • Blend of creative, strategic and analytical thinking

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid media platforms, CRM systems, GA4, Zapier, Canva, or generative AI tools such as Runway, ElevenLsbs, Higgsfield, Kling, Vortex, Nano Banana

Responsibilities

  • Test AI tools for ads, landing pages, email, and video
  • Identify what improves performance and document the learnings
  • Contribute to internal best practices for AI use in marketing
  • Map and streamline marketing workflows
  • Help automate reporting, lead routing, and campaign tracking
  • Connect tools across CRM, paid media, and analytics platforms
  • Support campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Assist with A/B testing and creative iteration
  • Analyze performance data and surface insights
  • Build clear SOPs for repeatable tasks
  • Help standardize creative and campaign workflows
