About The Position

The Digital Marketing Director is a key leadership role within PT Solutions marketing team, responsible for developing and executing the strategy across paid and owned digital channels. This position will lead digital initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive new patient acquisition and enhance consumer engagement. In addition to setting cross-channel strategies, this role manages and mentors a team of two direct reports and oversight of our digital agencies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership, with a passion for digital innovation and healthcare.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of digital channel mix, consumer behavior, and performance-based media.
  • Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient with reporting dashboards, marketing automation, and campaign management tools.
  • Deep technical knowledge. While the role is not necessarily heavily technical implementation a deep understanding is necessary to direct and focus our agency partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on oversight and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort interpreting performance data and trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, including at least 5 years of management experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership, including management of outside agencies.
  • Track record of managing performance-based media, content initiatives, and digital channel optimization.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of people leadership and/or senior-level digital ownership experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare services experience or familiarity with HIPAA-regulated environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Own the performance, usability, SEO, and technical health of the PT Solutions website and broader digital ecosystem (including local listings and digital properties).
  • Ensure all digital platforms and practices meet HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget, including paid media spend and channel prioritization.
  • Optimize investment allocation to maximize lead generation, conversion, and brand impact.
  • Define, monitor, and report on digital KPIs and ROI for senior leadership.
  • Lead development and maintenance of a robust digital measurement and tracking ecosystem.
  • Translate insights from Google Analytics, call tracking, and third-party tools into actionable recommendations.
  • Use performance data to inform ongoing optimization of campaigns, site experience, and channel mix.
  • Lead, direct and hold accountable agency partners to build a robust tracking and measurement ecosystem with data and use insights from Google Analytics and other tools (e.g. call tracking and third party tools) to inform optimization of campaigns and site.
  • Provide the technical fluency and strategic guidance needed to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Manage agency performance, scopes of work, and delivery against established objectives.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, HR/Talent Acquisition, and other Marketing functions (Partner Marketing, Social, Communications) to ensure a consistent brand voice and consumer experience.
