The Digital Marketing Director is a leader on the Digital Marketing Solutions team and within the agency and is responsible for defining channel activation and engagement strategies that effectively segment and target audiences to amplify brand awareness and grow demand. Works with account teams, cross-functional teams, and clients to sell, lead, oversee, develop, and implement integrated marketing strategies that harness the power of search, social, web, and paid media. Leverages reporting and analytics to make data-driven optimizations that improve outcomes. Manages a team of social media and digital marketing associates who contribute to digital marketing work on assigned accounts. Provides direction and oversight to digital marketing work while facilitating integration and strategic account growth. Supports operations within the Digital Marketing Solutions team and assigned accounts. Candidates for this position must have at least 7 years experience in hands-on digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
