About The Position

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Designer to deliver high-performing creative across our digital advertising channels. In this role, you will design and iterate on engaging digital assets for email, social media, display, and video, transforming campaign strategies and copy into scroll-stopping visuals that drive measurable results. You will be part of the creative team that prioritizes problem-solving solutions through design thinking and bold advertising creative that drives performance marketing efforts all while ensuring our brand stays strong and consistent across every digital platform.

Requirements

  • Four years of experience in graphic design with two years designing creative specifically for paid digital advertising or performance marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clear examples of paid media creative, including static, motion, or video ads designed for testing and optimization.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Design
  • Deep understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven ability to translate brand guidelines into effective advertising creative while maintaining consistency
  • Experience designing for performance marketing with an understanding of how creative impacts conversion
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce pixel-perfect work at scale
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in graphic design, multimedia production, product design, UI/UX Design

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a high-growth technology company, agency, or leading consumer brand
  • Experience creating motion graphics and video content using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Background in illustration or custom visual asset creation
  • Experienced in UI/UX and product design

Responsibilities

  • Design and create digital content, including paid social, email campaigns, digital presentations, and display advertising.
  • Produce a high volume of ad variations, sizes, and formats to support A/B testing and performance optimization in Figma Design
  • Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads, providing solutions to campaign performance objectives with effective visuals that drive results.
  • Collaborate with production and motion design teams to develop storyboards, and campaign creative design systems
  • Design social media content including organic posts, stories, and paid placements across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Engage users with bold designs and striking visuals that ignite curiosity and spotlight our product in the most effective and creative ways.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
  • Organize and maintain a library of marketing assets, templates, and design files for team efficiency
  • Support multiple design projects with confidence by meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and delivering polished work every time.
  • Take pride in influencing creative direction and consistently delivering standout visuals that drive measurable results
