About The Position

PrimeLending is seeking a Digital Designer who will play a key role on the Corporate Marketing team, creating high-quality, user-centered digital experiences that bring our brand to life across channels. This role is responsible for UX and UI design across web properties, email, social media, and other digital touchpoints that support brand awareness, education, and lead generation efforts across B2C, B2B, recruiting, and Joint Venture partner initiatives. The ideal candidate blends strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience, digital best practices, and brand consistency, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to deliver creative, effective, and scalable digital solutions that educate audiences, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
  • Strong experience with Figma and or Sketch for UI and UX design
  • Experience using Canva to create scalable, on-brand digital assets and templates for internal and field use
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iteration
  • Ability to design and produce basic video and motion assets for digital channels, including social media, web, and email
  • Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred, with familiarity with modern development workflows
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, UX or UI work, and multimedia assets across web, email, social, and video platforms
  • Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual design skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Digital Design & Asset Creation Design on-brand digital assets across multiple channels, including websites, landing pages, product and campaign graphics, email templates, social media assets, and photography
  • Create layouts, visual systems, and templates that scale across platforms, audiences, and partner brands
  • Support brand, product, and campaign initiatives for the core brand and Joint Venture partners
  • UX / UI Design Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve usability, engagement, and conversion
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to support web and digital experiences
  • Apply UX best practices to ensure consistency and performance across devices and platforms
  • Collaboration & Execution Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and content teams, as well as Field Engagement Directors (FED) and third-party partners, to translate concepts into effective digital solutions
  • Take projects from concept through execution, partnering with project managers, designers, developers, stakeholders, and external vendors as needed
  • Work closely with developers and third-party partners to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of design assets across platforms
  • Brand Consistency & Optimization Maintain consistent application of brand standards across all digital touchpoints
  • Adapt brand systems appropriately for B2C, B2B, recruiting, and JV partner needs while preserving core brand integrity
  • Ensure designs are optimized for multiple screen sizes, devices, and platforms
