About The Position

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Anatomage, you will be responsible for organizing social media sites, creating online content, analyzing digital marketing trends, managing email campaigns, and reporting on website analytics. You will also be responsible for integrating digital marketing assets, driving brand awareness, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. We are looking to add another member to our growing Marketing team as you will be an essential asset to the team! This position is full-time, on-site/hybrid at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters. Local candidates preferred

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editing skills are required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in the following marketing technologies preferred:
  • Ad Platforms: Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics
  • Communication: Google Workspace, MailChimp, Asana, Zoom
  • SEO: Search Console, SEMrush
  • Website & Design: WordPress, Google Tag Manager
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of prior work experience with similar responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing content for Anatomage’s paid media strategy
  • Schedule and publish digital content on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms and manage the social content calendar.
  • Optimize social media ads to increase brand awareness with a new audience, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
  • Help maintain, communicate with, and grow our online, social platform communities
  • Monitor and optimize on-page SEO (title tags, meta tags, images, and text attributes), and work on strategies to improve site score, rankings, links, and web traffic
  • Oversee website maintenance to ensure a solid brand presence, and help roll out new features and content, including creating dedicated campaign landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research and use other digital platforms (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) to provide insight on web engagement and digital trends.
  • Build, schedule and manage all email campaigns including newsletters, product announcements, and other email marketing programs
  • Monitor, track and report on content campaign effectiveness on a continuous basis
  • Contribute ideas and participate in the preparation of product launches/marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to determine competitor and market influences potentially impacting our digital marketing strategies
  • Assist Marketing Team with additional projects and other duties as assigned
