Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing website design, marketing automation, digital advertising, and social media channels to boost brand presence and engagement. Coordinate and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring all posts are compelling, accurate, and on-brand. Aid in social media marketing efforts and digital promotions. Attending casino events, entertainment shows, and offsite sponsorships to conduct live streams and record footage for promotional use. Generate and schedule engaging social media posts, promotional materials, and coordinate content calendars. Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide insights for future strategies. Interact with online communities to enhance engagement and foster a positive brand image. Work closely with multiple departments and vendors to gather information, images, and graphics needed for campaigns. Coordinate online giveaways and sweepstakes. Conduct research within the industry and provide insights into the digital marketing team to stay ahead of market trends. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel. Smile and engage with guests, team members and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Perform other job duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
• Knowledge of all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with email service programs, digital channels, and the MS Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests, external agencies, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Basic photography experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media management/monitoring platforms.

• Experience working in Gaming & Casinos is highly preferred.
