About The Position

Is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail in both physical and digital formats, as well as supporting centralized printing operations.  This role ensures timely, accurate processing, scanning, distribution, and printing of documents while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Counting and Sorting of all incoming mail from the Post Office for physical distribution on the local campus or preparation for digital delivery. Perform quality checks to ensure legibility, completeness, and correct indexing.
  • Performs scanning, digitization, classification and routing of inbound mail and ensures secure and efficient document delivery across the organization based on established workflows.
  • Records all incoming accountable/trackable mail and deliveries.
  • Packaging, shipping and tracking of both single and multiple item requests.
  • Manages Central Print & Mail for multiple lines of business, keeping track of printing/mailing stock and notifying appropriate department when stock needs to be replenished.
  • Operate and maintain centralized printing, copying, and finishing equipment.
  • Process daily print requests, including large-volume jobs, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including printing, assembling and post-marking of requests ranging from singular pieces through bulk jobs.
  • Processes larger volumes of mail using a Folder/Inserter machine. Prioritizes daily workflow to ensure high volume mailings meet required deadlines. May process small mailings of inserts by hand.
  • Operates bank vehicle to pick up/deliver mail, to and from the Post Office.
  • Performs monthly vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in maintained properly. Responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle, scheduling service and repairs as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.
