We are looking for a Digital Growth & Optimization Analyst that will drive data-informed decision-making and digital performance improvements across our eCommerce channels. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic execution — turning insights into actions that enhance site experience, boost conversion rates, and expand visibility across traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI search platforms. You’ll analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and lead testing roadmaps to optimize the customer journey from discovery to checkout. You’ll oversee A/B testing, evaluate CRO initiatives, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the team. A key part of this role is ensuring data integrity — maintaining accurate tagging, tracking, and analytics infrastructure across all digital touchpoints to enable confident, data-driven decisions. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Site Merchandising, eCommerce Operations, IT, and other partners, you’ll help drive measurable growth in engagement, traffic, and revenue.
