About The Position

CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients, people, and communities through industry-focused wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing services. With nearly 9,000 people and over 130 U.S. locations, CLA aims to know and help its clients and employees. The Digital Growth Associate works within a CLA region to identify and qualify potential opportunities for CLA digital products and services, as well as other seamless opportunities within the firm. This role involves providing support to clients for existing office technologies, communication, software services, and security assessments. The associate is expected to successfully identify and troubleshoot problems, communicate effectively, diagnose common issues, and apply knowledge appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Communication or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a database of prospective clients, nurture prospective client relationships and follow up with all prospects.
  • Aggressively research, identify, contact and qualify leads.
  • Continuously build and maintain robust pipeline and opportunities.
  • Work with CLA offices and personnel to develop, assist and execute Business Development events and activities.
  • Work with CLA Senior sales personnel on opportunities in various parts of sales process.
  • Lead territory research and development strategy.
  • Define and measure event success metrics to increase pipeline growth and lead generation.
  • Maintain marketing performance recap, event briefs, event plan, post event notes and metrics.
  • Create and maintain event folders and reports.
