About The Position

Strengthening and empowering all of the communities we serve. MV Digital Group is a media planning and buying agency providing services from campaign strategy to execution, supporting clients in advocacy, politics, higher education, and consumer retail. As a Digital Fulfillment Strategist , you'll be working with new products and technologies, responsible for supporting digital advertising campaigns to contribute to client success. Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. The base salary range is $55,000 to $63,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $60,500 to $69,300.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing implementation and execution specific to programmatic display, video, and mobile products
  • Self-starter with a passion for digital advertising and client service
  • Experience in digital advertising, including prioritizing responsibilities including delivery and optimization while working on multiple campaigns or accounts
  • Experience working on multichannel digital advertising campaigns with special attention to understanding campaign performance, and reporting results to align with goals
  • Knowledge of digital advertising products, with an emphasis on programmatic display & video marketing, including awareness of current and emerging industry trends
  • Knowledge of key campaign performance indicators with a passion for testing new technologies
  • Working knowledge of digital measurement & DSP platforms, such as Campaign Manager 360, DV360, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, and/or Trade Desk
  • Experience troubleshooting and using related tools, such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience using project management software like Asana to drive project schedules and outcomes
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and the ability to take ownership
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or an equivalent combination of education/experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines with outstanding organizational skills, with special attention to supporting digital campaign setup, delivery, and reporting
  • Build key relationships as an excellent team player with account management, strategy, and fulfillment teams
  • Act as liaison to provide multiple departments all required information needed for campaign setup including KPIs, creative assets, and accesses for new accounts
  • Assist with ad trafficking, fulfillment and QA process ensuring setup mirrors campaign and reporting KPIs
  • Ensure that campaigns are launched on time, that campaign performance is adequately monitored, and any performance issues are communicated to the appropriate teams in a timely manner
  • Provide regular data pulls and reports to allow strategists the ability to analyze and provide proper insights and optimization suggestions
  • Manage SalesForce opportunities ensuring accurate campaign setup, billing and financial reconciliation align with signed media plans
  • Manage monthly billing and end of campaign financial reconciliation
  • Continually work to streamline processes to ensure efficient tracking and best-in-class delivery
