About The Position

The Digital Experience Specialist (Discovery) is responsible for uncovering opportunities and solutions that complement the off-price digital model and drive business growth across pre and post purchase customer flows. This role will develop strategic recommendations to support the customer journey including product findability, conversion drivers, and shipping strategies. In this role, the Discovery Specialist will keep a pulse on the digital vendor and competitive landscape and collaborate internally with several cross-functional team including Digital IT and Web Store Operations!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce or Digital
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of business and technology trends
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
  • Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and triage competing asks and requirements
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources, as well as probing questions to uncover hidden needs or gaps
  • Ability to proactively investigate, challenge assumptions, and ask strategic questions to drive transparency and better outcomes
  • Ability to compose structured presentations that clearly communicate insights and help partners understand key takeaways

Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous digital innovation, evaluating trending or new technologies and assess alignment with TJX model.
  • Maintain focus on Idea generation and digital exploration to deliver recommended solutions to support future growth across TJX digital from pre-purchase to post-fulfillment
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer feedback and OSAT results to identify areas of friction and focus to reduce barriers in customer funnel
  • Support Intake and Business Case Creation to support and advocate for business driving initiatives
  • Own individual development, mentor and influence peers to increase engagement
  • Consistently collaborates and communicates with partners across several areas of the business
  • Collaborate across the business to tackle problems with minimal disruption to the business or the customer
  • Assist with exploratory vendor calls and research by helping gather information, understand solution capabilities, and assess basic alignment with the TJX off‑price digital model.
