About The Position

At PwC, our operations consulting specialists provide services on optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves analysing client needs, developing operational strategies, and offering guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Specifically within product development and manufacturing, you will focus on improving these processes by working closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. As a strategic advisor, you are expected to leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach others, and solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognise when to take action or escalate, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of the Firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Intimate knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in product development and manufacturing.
  • Intimate knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success directing efforts in advisory services in technical solution architecture for technologies like Apriso, Ortems, Ignition, 3DSpark Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM.
  • Experience with PLM Blueprint & Design for the mentioned technologies.
  • Experience in Digital Engineering/PLM Strategy Development.
  • Experience in Digital Engineering Application (PLM, ALM, PPM) Configuration and Deployment.
  • Experience in Engineering Decision Support & Analytics.
  • Experience in Engineering Cloud Solutions.
  • Experience in Product Development Strategy & Operations.
  • Experience in Connected Products / Platforms / Service.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships.
  • Advanced problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet, presentation and document development skills.
