From Coca-Cola and Smartwater to Monster Energy and BODYARMOR, we're proud to deliver the beverages people love.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Overview As a Digital Customer Engagement Intern, you will support strategic initiatives to accelerate digital transformation and customer engagement at Coke Northeast. You'll work closely with the Digital Sales & Service Center (DSSC) and the myCoke eB2B platform team, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, channel adoption, and frontline capability building.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate program.
  • At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a driving record that meets company policy.
  • Must be commutable
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Current sophomore or higher in Ecommerce, Digital Media, Sales & Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of digital marketing assets (ie, email campaigns, web banners, etc.) to drive volume and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives
  • Contribute to reporting and analytics for digital campaigns
  • Help deliver and train frontline teams on new sales tools and digital capabilities
  • Assist in preparing training materials and supporting workshops or webinars
  • Gather feedback from frontline users to inform future capability enhancements
  • Assist in developing and executing plans to grow our ecommerce customer base
  • Help create adoption materials and support methods for new and existing customers
  • Participate in customer feedback collection and analysis to improve digital experiences
