We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Content Designer.   Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands… Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Content Designer will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining high-quality digital and print content that supports PTI’s marketing, sales, and product initiatives. This role plays a critical part in elevating brand consistency, accelerating campaign execution, and improving engagement across digital channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in content design or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Canva, CMS, and social tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices
  • Experience with digital and print assets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Portfolio required

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital assets including graphics, short-form video, email content, and web visuals that align with campaign objectives and brand standards
  • Execute and support integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business priorities
  • Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent cadence, audience relevance, and alignment with marketing initiatives
  • Update and maintain website content using CMS tools ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaigns
  • Publish and optimize new content to improve user experience and engagement
  • Identify outdated content and proactively drive updates
  • Design and maintain sales collateral such as datasheets and brochures
  • Develop print advertisements and coordinate with vendors
  • Ensure materials are current and aligned with messaging
  • Ensure adherence to PTI and ASSA ABLOY brand guidelines
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity
  • Act as a quality checkpoint for creative output
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver content
  • Support event and campaign promotion
  • Align with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and manage deliverable with limited supervision
  • Track content performance and optimize outputs
  • Improve workflows and efficiency
  • Demonstrate ownership from concept through execution
  • Maintain high attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Manage shifting priorities effectively
  • Proactively identify gaps and recommend solutions
