About The Position

The Digital Content & Customer Experience Manager plays a critical role at the intersection of Marketing, Creative Production, and Customer Experience. This position is responsible for translating marketing strategy, consumer insights, and brand objectives into compelling digital content and experiences that accelerate the buying journey and strengthen how customers perceive and interact with TCL. Acting as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Product, Digital, and Analytics teams, this role ensures that every piece of content, across visuals, video, and interactive media, delivers a cohesive, engaging, and commercially impactful customer experience. The successful candidate brings deep expertise in digital content production, storytelling, and multi-channel distribution, and can translate strategic goals into scalable, measurable, and customer-focused creative outputs. This role is ideal for a senior professional who understands not only production and creative workflows but also how audiences perceive and experience content across touchpoints, and can optimize it to influence perception, engagement, and purchase decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital content production, visual storytelling, or experiential marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to design and execute content that shapes customer experiences across multiple channels, including e-commerce, social media, and AI-driven search.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative workflows, production pipelines, and multi-channel digital assets at scale.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing and business strategy into content that resonates with audiences.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality content and experiences under tight timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or technology brands.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, visual search, or emerging media technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure content and experience impact against business metrics, such as conversion velocity, engagement, or sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital content strategy that shapes the end-to-end customer experience with TCL products, campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
  • Create visual and interactive content that demonstrates product functionality, quality, and brand value in ways that resonate with customers and reduce purchase hesitation.
  • Align content and experiences with commercial priorities, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing objectives to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Design and deliver content that guides the customer journey at every stage: cinematic storytelling for awareness, detailed demonstrations for consideration, and functional visuals for conversion.
  • Optimize all content for discoverability and usability across digital channels, ensuring customers can interact seamlessly with the content on e-commerce platforms, social media, and emerging AI/visual search engines.
  • Build and maintain a modular library of high-fidelity visual assets that provide consistent experiential proof across touchpoints, allowing Strategy and Marketing teams to deploy content that meets customer expectations.
  • Lead the in-house production studio, overseeing equipment, workflows, post-production pipelines, and creative standards to ensure consistent quality and alignment with desired customer experience.
  • Implement scalable production processes that balance speed and quality, enabling the rapid creation of content that enhances how audiences experience the brand in real time.
  • Manage production schedules, resources, and priorities to deliver cohesive experiences across campaigns and product launches.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, Digital, and Analytics teams to ensure content strategy and production translate into impactful customer experiences.
  • Translate marketing strategy, consumer insights, and business objectives into actionable visual and experiential content plans.
  • Promote a data-driven, iterative approach to content and experience design, measuring success by how effectively customers engage, perceive, and interact with TCL's content.
