The Digital Commerce Operations Specialist manages a portfolio of customer business integrations for national or high-profile customers, enabling data access to customers and third-party software companies to meet specific business needs. Key responsibilities include project requirements gathering with customers and third-party software platforms, coordinating tasks and development needs with internal technical teams and providing continuous communication to all parties involved. This role will work to support ongoing integrations and assist in troubleshooting integration issues for quick resolution. The role will also manage relationships with key third-party platforms and identify opportunities to improve the process or technical integration with those systems. Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Digital Commerce Operations Specialist position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.
