Job Summary The Change and Release Manager will provide enterprise-level leadership and oversight of the organization’s IT Change and Release Management processes, ensuring consistent, controlled, and compliant execution of technology changes across the health system. This role is responsible for coordinating complex release activities, facilitating governance through established ITIL-based practices, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals for system reliability, audit readiness, and operational excellence.
