Overview: We are seeking a full-time Digital Associate for our Texting team to assist in executing text message marketing, fundraising, and communications programs for our growing client base. If you show great attention to detail, have strong analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, and want to put your stamp on creative campaigns that mobilize resources for social good, this job is for you!

This is a temporary, salaried and benefits-eligible position for a limited period ending no later than January 8, 2027. Potential for extension of contract or offer of continued employment following the end date of said contract is not guaranteed, however may be discussed as the end date approaches. Extension of contract or offer of continued employment is contingent upon business need.

Requirements

• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Strong writing and communication skills;
• Experience contributing to project plans to achieve fundraising and communications goals;
• Passion, energy, and excitement for progressive and philanthropic causes and all things digital;
• Ability to collaborate on a team both internally and externally; and
• Background in digital communications, organizing, fundraising, and/or marketing.

Nice To Haves

• Up to 2 years experience contributing to text messaging programs at scale, preferably for political campaigns or nonprofits; and
• Experience with texting platforms such as Scale to Win, Switchboard, Tatango, or Mobile Commons.

Responsibilities

• Producing a high volume of SMS/MMS/RCS communications for various clients;
• Assisting in the development and implementation of online fundraising and communications strategies, including the design and management of text message communications calendars;
• Delivering top-tier customer service to product sales clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care;
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients as it relates to product buys or strategic services;
• Working with writers, designers, and technical experts to generate top-notch, engaging content;
• Assessing and identifying opportunities by working closely with client teams to assess buy needs, identify new opportunities for growth, and pinpoint potential for product renewals or recurring buys;
• Working with client teams, including technology and creative, to assist in managing resources and project timelines; and
• Ability to communicate with and provide top-quality customer service to clients, including regular reporting, results analysis, content recommendations, and invoicing.
