This role helps build new digital services and capabilities while continuously improving existing products. Military Veteran Caregiver Network (MVCN) is an online community built in Salesforce that provides Military Caregivers with resources and chat/messaging forums to support one another through caregiving. A new Veterans and Active-Duty community network, a robust community dedicated to providing peer support for veterans and Active-Duty military. The platform unites veterans from all eras and locations, fostering mutual support, camaraderie, and an invaluable exchange of experiences. Services extend to those currently serving in the military, and to veterans who have completed their service, regardless of when they served. The network welcomes individuals from all branches of the military, recognizing the unique experiences and challenges faced by each. Services cater to all ranks, acknowledging the diverse backgrounds and perspectives within the military community. Additionally, support is extended to members of the National Guard and Reserves, ensuring inclusivity across all components of the military. 3. The Service to the Armed Forces Marketing Cloud, an email marketing platform to reach diverse audiences and automate email campaigns that promote key events, programs, and engagement opportunities.
