There's a seat at our table for you… Position Summary: The Specialty Company Digital and Content Marketing Specialist is a collaborative self-starter working cross-functionally to support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for Specialty Companies. This individual will contribute to planning and developing marketing communications (primarily digital) based on an understanding of the goals and objectives and mindful of the broader context and priorities of the enterprise and our customers.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of marketing strategy and digital channel optimization, with advanced skills in content development on digital platforms
  • Organized with excellent time-management and planning skills.
  • Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities.
  • High attention to detail, taking personal accountability to ensure accuracy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Work with minimal oversight, must be a Self-starter who takes initiative, looks at problems as an opportunity (to solve) and is not afraid to offer ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with divisional teams to develop marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are aligned with branding standards and using internal tools, micro-strategies to support sales goals or identify business trends.
  • Creating visually engaging multimedia content, such as branded graphics, videos, and infographics, to effectively showcase the company, brand, and products.
  • Managing and growing the company's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, while ensuring all content accurately reflects company culture and branding.
  • Monitoring social media and internal communication insights to track message reach, engagement, open rates, and overall performance, using this data to highlight opportunities for improvement and be responsible for responses on such sites.
  • Leveraging AI and various digital tools to streamline content creation processes and enhance the impact and effectiveness of company-wide communications.
  • Developing and managing comprehensive internal communications, including e-newsletters, intranet updates, and firm-wide announcements, to foster transparency and engagement across all teams.
  • Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and clerical support to individuals, teams, or departments to ensure efficient operation of an office or organization.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage VP calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for the supported staff or department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
