As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be immersed in a high-performing team dedicated to enabling seamless, secure, and scalable data integration between Caterpillar and its global dealer network by modernizing and optimizing the flow of information across systems, ensuring that dealer operations are fully aligned with Caterpillar’s strategic goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year University/College in Computer Science, or related degree at the time of application and throughout the program
  • Must have completed 12 credit hours prior to the start of the program
  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA, no rounding

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Previous technical internship, co-op, or research/relevant experience
  • Participation in school clubs or student organizations
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning and build Agens using LLMs
