About The Position

As a Digital Analyst (Paid Media), you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Programmatic, Search, and Social Media channels. Supporting key clients across LATAM and the US, your role will focus on ensuring media investments are efficient and aligned with strategic objectives. By leveraging data and performance metrics, you will provide actionable insights that drive campaign effectiveness and business growth. Your analytical expertise will play a critical role in enhancing digital performance and delivering measurable value to both clients and the organization.

Requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or related fields
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation and reporting abilities
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid analytical and numerical thinking to interpret campaign data effectively
  • Familiarity with Paid Media platforms and understanding of KPIs

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ETL processes or data platforms is a plus
