Human Resources & Development (HR&D) is seeking a Digital Adoption Solution Developer – Engineer/Technical Consultant with strong technical skills. This position is on the Digital Performance Support team which is bringing “in the moment” learning and guidance to State Farm applications using WalkMe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile effort with Enterprise impact that touches all associates, including State Farm agents and their teams. The DPS team works with pace using agile principles to deliver value to business partners with continuous delivery. We’re looking for an early-to-mid level engineer to help maintain and improve our web-based digital adoption experiences (DAP) and related web integrations, including artificial intelligence (AI). You’ll troubleshoot day-to-day issues, build and update web/DAP content, and partner with product and engineering teams on larger changes (e.g., Single-Page Application (SPA) updates, authentication changes). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys debugging in the browser, writing practical JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and delivering reliable improvements without needing to own full platform architecture.
